Where do you ship?
We ship our products all over New Zealand, USA, Australia, Singapore, Asia and Europe. If shipping is unavailable in your area do contact us on email@example.com and we will make sure you get your product.
When will you process, and ship my order?
We are eager for you to have the safest skincare in town. We work fast to process orders within 1 working day (excluding Sundays and bank holidays as our delivery partners do not work on these days).
What material do we use for shipping?
We ship all orders in a Bio-polymer based eco-bag made with corn starch and sugarcane. Our bags are certified by all three industry certifiers; Vincotte, BPI and Dincerto, meeting American, European, International and Australian standards – including certifications for your domestic home compost. Our bags biodegrade in 180 days in domestic compost conditions, including wormfarm compost. After degradation, they must leave no harmful residues behind. In fact, the only residue left behind is a soil enhancer which is returned to the earth as plant food.
How many days does it take for me to receive my product?
We ship all orders (plastic-free) via priority shipping as we know you’re very excited to receive your Organic Riot®. Once your order is processed, you should receive your product within ~5 business days for orders within NZ* and ~9-24 business days for orders within USA, Australia, Singapore, Asia and Europe*.
*Please note there could be delays by a few business days in deliveries due to COVID-19 and backlogs with our delivery partners. Deliveries in USA, Australia, Singapore, Asia and Europe are experiencing delays due to slower customs clearances and reduced staff at major airports. If you want an update on your order contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will help you out immediately!
Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
If the product hasn’t left our warehouse we can change the shipping address. Do contact us at email@example.com ASAP if you do want to change your shipping address.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product or a damaged product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered or a damaged product, we’re sorry about that! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be sure to get you the Organic Riot® you ordered! Please include your order number in your email.
What’s your return policy?
We will refund your money.* Your happiness is our only priority. We aren't here to simply sell products. We are here to make your lives better. If you aren't happy with your Organic Riot® please contact us, we’d love to hear why we didn't meet your expectations. Please reach out to us on email@example.com with your order number and we will see how to address your concerns. We never want to leave you unhappy. As soon as you ship the product back to us and we receive the product we will refund 100% of the corresponding order amount. *Please note: We will not accept returns of products which have been used for more than 15 days from date of delivery. And we will not accept returns from products bought from any other website other than www.theorganicriot.com.
Pure essential oils, botanicals, and other natural ingredients have been used for centuries in skincare. At Organic Riot we have done extensive research into the possible benefits of these natural ingredients. However, we must make this disclaimer:
